Be entertained as the trio from Kaimei High School’s campus support club, Sket Dan, help their clients solve all sorts of funny and strange requests! An anime full of Comedy, Drama, Parodies and Slice of Life.
At Kaimei High School, the Living Assistance Club, better known as the Sket Brigade (SKET abbreviates: Support, Kindness, Encouragement, and Troubleshooting), was organized to help students with problems big or small.
Dedicated to the general improvement of campus life, the Sket Brigade is devoted to solving any & all problems submitted by the school staff or student body.
However, for much of the time, the Sket Brigade hang out in their club room, bored, with only a few trivial problems floating in every once in a while.
In spite of this, they still channel all their energies into resolving these issues. From chasing monkeys around the school to helping a ‘wannabe’ samurai find out why he cannot win kendo tournaments, to more serious cases relating to violence and near-terminal illnesses.
The intuitive team leader Bossun is an expert marksman and artist whose erratic personality is replaced with a brilliant deductive mind when he dons his goggles. By concentrating entirely on the available evidence – to the extent of accurately recalling background noise – he can make eerily accurate inferences. Bossun enjoys the sense of adventure he receives from helping others for its own sake.
Himeko is a dangerous close-range fighter who serves as the group’s ‘brawn’ using her hockey stick. Already a formidable fighter without her weapon, but when Himeko wields it, she is capable of defeating multiple opponents instantaneously. She suffered a troubled, violent past before she came to Kaimei High School.
Switch, otherwise known as Kazuyoshi Usui, is the ‘brains’ of the team in charge of intelligence- gathering and – in contrast to the more excitable Bossun and Himeko – is largely concerned with honest, data-substantiated fact. He suffers from an inferiority complex as a result of the death of his younger brother, which he blames himself for.
